Canopy Warranty

It is our sole purpose to provide you with high quality parts and accessories.  100% customer satisfaction is our goal.  If you find that you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, then please contact our office immediately, and let our specialists work with you to resolve the issue.
ALLREDY Canopies pledges that each part of your canopy and/or canopy accessory will be without irregularity or defect in material and craftsmanship for two years from the purchase date.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  Damage caused by shipping must be reported within seven days of receipt.
Misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, alterations, abuse, and/or neglect of products void warranty.  Product damage that is accidental or deliberate or caused by rain, wind or other forces of nature is not covered under warranty.  Use of product beyond that which is depicted in product instructions voids this warranty.  Any product that has been repaired or modified by someone other than an ALLREDY authorized agent is not covered under warranty.
The sole obligation of ALLREDY Canopies under this warranty or any other legal obligation, with respect to the product, is repair or replacement of the missing or defective parts after review and examination by the discretion of ALLREDY Canopies.

Under no circumstances will the retail customer, user, authorized representative or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages for breach of contract or otherwise.  Under no circumstances will any person be entitled to a sum greater than purchase price of the malfunctioning part.

Under no circumstances may an ALLREDY Canopies authorized representative or other person extend or modify this warranty.  There are no additional warranties or guarantees from either ALLREDY Canopies or its representatives which extend the face of this warranty.  All other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose and/or suitability for use are excluded.

Please contact ALLREDY Canopies for specific shipping instructions before returning any part.  All shipping costs must be pre-paid. ALLREDY Canopies will not be responsible for any products damaged in transit.
